I’ve been working as a coach, mentor, and coaching skills trainer since 2008. I use coaching to impact organizational culture with Solution Focused 1:1, group coaching, and team-development. I believe that coaching has a positive effect on five individual-level outcome categories, both theoretically and practically relevant: performance/skills, well-being, coping, work attitudes, and self-regulation of performance.
